Marketing Manager

Job Description Summary of Position Requirements The Marketing Manager will work with the Director of Marketing to create and coordinate the company's advertising and marketing research and strategy, with a focus on all advertising related media inclusive of internet, traffic generation, collaterals, promotional events, and public relations activities. They will manage their assigned marketing projects and deliverables and track, assess, evaluate and report outcomes. Primary Duties and Responsibilities    Provide data/input to Develop and implement marketing strategies and assist in executing marketing plan o         Maintain monthly advertising, event and online calendars, advertising, promotional and signage budgets while continually monitoring your ROI to maximize overall marketing budget o         Manage a high-volume of deadline-driven marketing projects ensuring the completion of high- quality deliverables on time and within budget o         Respond to day-to-day marketing requests and complete all assigned projects o         Ensure adherence to company's branding guidelines o         Maintain the monthly advertising, promotions, printing and signage budget on a regular basis each month including tracking, coding and paying invoices as well as accruals o         Create and execute grand opening event details including consumers, homeowners and Realtors working with business partners o         Responsible for all mass marketing, corporate branding, marketing strategy, media, public relations and assisting in the coordination of special events within the division o         Maintain daily communication with advertising agency to disseminate information , give direction on approvals of marketing collateral and ad releases o         Facilitate the creation and ordering of community signage as needed - work with signage business partner on pricing, design and production time, pulling of off-site signage permits o         Execute all onsite, offsite and bootleg snipe signage for the community and models o         Work with professional photographers for photography of models and amenities o         Oversee all social media and Lennar.com images and content o         Work closely with Marketing company in adjusting market strategies accordingly in order to remain competitive with the changing market which may include driving competitor neighboring properties o         Curate and implement promotion incentives, grand openings of new communities, close-out community pricing opportunities, special financing opportunities, etc. with Vice President of Sales and Director of Marketing o         Responsible for communicating to NHCs and VPs to effectively utilize marketing services o         Assist NHC's with monthly strategic marketing plans to drive Realtor, referrals and self-generating prospects to their communities.  Follow up on plans to evaluate effectiveness o         Provide and communicate to sales and leadership teams key marketing initiatives on a monthly basis o         Drive individual communities on a regular basis to ensure compliance of execution regarding signage, collateral and execution of the processes and procedures from a marketing and advertising basis o         Assist with the customer care program marketing and promotional needs o         Act as a liaison between construction and sales departments in ordering construction signage, lot signs, community roll out meetings, and other special projects as needed o         Act as a liaison between purchasing and sales departments in receiving any plan/elevation changes to house types and implementing into brochure, sales documents, website and on-site sales presentation tool o         Coordinate sales and marketing related meetings with vendors, ad agencies, etc. as needed o         Responsible for Lennar culture though out the Division Job Requirements Education and Experience Requirements o      Minimum B.S. Degree in Business, Marketing or Advertising o      Minimum 5-yearexperience in marketing o      Experience in homebuilding industry preferred o      Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills o      Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude, deal effectively with confrontational situations and maintain objectivity with homeowners, fellowassociates, and in all public relations o      Excellent computer skills including advanced Word, Excel, Lotus Notes (e-mail) o      Requires resourcefulness, patience and clarity and strong management and motivational skills o      Valid driver's license and good driving record

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
