Job Description: Your main responsibilities will be:
1.) Claims resolution (when employees have problems with their claims) - Inbound calls coming into them
2.) Renewal work - ensuring new hires get in the system correctly and when they renew make sure everything gets to the carrier properly
3.) Administrative work associated with enrollments
4.) Will be dealing directly with carriers and helping with any set up issues as they arise

Requirements and
Qualifications: You will be a sharp professional that takes initiative, is willing to work hard for the team putting the mission before everything else with a team-oriented attitude. You will have previous experience with account management in employee benefit industry, experience with large accounts (more than 300 employees), self-funded insurance experience (healthcare) and a 215 license. You will have demonstrated strong skills in basic Microsoft office including Excel, very organized & patient with good written verbal communication skills and good customer service/people skills.
