9K a year 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago Organize office and assist installers Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information (Customer Info, Pricing & Payments are of utmost importance) Respond to emails & voicemails in a timely manner Manage schedules and deadlines Schedule appointments & reschedule as necessary Carry out clerical duties such as filing, copying and printing Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established procedures Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues Adhere to policies and regulations Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business development The position is paid hourly.

Im trying something new as far as a weekly work schedule will go.
Must be available during the office hours, but we can discuss options of work hours during this time frame.
A full 40 hours isn't a must at this time, but may be required at a later date.
We're a small family owned company with an average of 6 Employees and have been in business for 17 years.
We have had continued success & growth every year.
It can get busy with calls/emails & communicating with the rest of the team, so you must be able to prioritize and go back and forth between tasks.
This position is not for someone who gets overwhelmed easily and calls for a person who is a reliable, fast learner and is self motivated.
