Office Assistant Duties:
Hours for this position will be 1:

Monday - Thursday - Perform clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails - Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked - Prepare outgoing correspondence to donors - Complete Tasks in Microsoft Excel and Word - Provide donor /customer support and address inquiries or concerns - File and organize documents, both physical and electronic - Sort and distribute mail - Process Credit Card donations -Complete Electronic Bank Deposits
Experience:
- Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred.
Must be comfortable working on a laptop computer.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills We are an equal opportunity employer.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
