We are conveniently located directly off US 19 in Palm Harbor.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Groundskeeper to join our team.
As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces.
This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge and experience in groundskeeping, lawn care, and landscape maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the grounds clean, neat, and well-maintained - Mow lawns, trim edges, and prune shrubs and trees - Plant flowers, trees, and other plants to enhance the landscape - Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers - Use hand tools to perform various tasks such as raking leaves, shoveling snow, and spreading mulch - Irrigate lawns and gardens to ensure proper hydration - Remove weeds, pests, and debris from the grounds - Maintain walkways, parking lots, and other outdoor areas - Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute landscaping projects
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or a related field is preferred - Knowledge of lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices - Familiarity with operating power tools used in groundskeeping - Ability to use hand tools effectively for various tasks - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively If you are passionate about creating beautiful outdoor spaces and have the necessary skills and qualifications, we invite you to apply for the position of Groundskeeper.
