- Greet and welcome homeowners in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to clients - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, CRM and document preparation - Transcribe notes and proofread documents for accuracy - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries - Coordinate and assist with event planning and preparation - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Candidates with previous experience as an office/ project manager or executive assistant required - Knowledge of constrction terminology is preferred - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in using CRM's, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change.
