This position is our greeter while checking-in and welcoming ours patients.
We are seeking an individual that can get our patients excited about our office and the innovative things we have to offer.
No medical or dental experience required.
Must be willing to learn new things with a positive attitude.
Ability to multi-task is essential as this is a faced paced and high energy environment.
Other duties include, but are not limited to -Impeccable phone skills (high call volume) -Quality customer service care -Ability to multitask -Comfortable discussing money and finances -Presentation of simple treatment plans -Verifying dental insurance -de-escalation of customer complaints Job Type:
