The General Manager must be a dynamic self-starter with the ability to anticipate and solve problems, delegate tasks, and hold other employees accountable.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Manage the daily operations of a busy membership-based massage and facial spa Train and supervise the performance of front desk associates Deliver excellent customer service to our members and guests Maintain a professional work environment for all employees to model their behavior after Prepare and deliver employee performance reviews Work closely with the owners and regional manager on a regular basis to achieve the spa's set goals Manage inventory and prepare product orders Take responsibility for following up on collections of past-due accounts Assist owners and staff with marketing promotions and events Conduct interviews with potential employees Prepare biweekly payroll Assist front desk associates with answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and selling memberships Preferred Qualifications Include:

years of management experience in the service industry (ie- spa management, restaurant management, etc) 2
years of sales experience in the service industry (ie- membership sales) Ability to effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner Availability to work a flexible schedule necessary to open and/or close the spa location, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
