Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person, insurance check and verification - Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues - Transcribe documents and correspondence accurately - Assist with proofreading documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors Skills:
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) - Experience working in a dental or medical office is a plus - Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment where you will be an integral part of the team.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
