Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming calls Schedule patient appointments Register new patients according to established office protocols Verify and update patient information Enter all relevant patient information into the data system Maintain and manage patients records in compliance with privacy and security regulations Fill-in cancellations and/or no-shows when applicable Requirements:
Demonstrate excellent customer service Detail oriented Experience using computers for a variety of tasks Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel Familiar with Gmail Must pass drug test and background check as we are a drug free workplace Education and
Experience:
General education or high school degree Knowledge in dental terminology, procedures, and diagnosis is a plus Knowledge of computer and relevant software applications Knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures As an associate of the dental practice, we ask that all associates have these specific qualities Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build a rapport with both patients and team members Excellent written and verbal communication skills A commitment to excellent customer service Work as part of a team or collaborate with colleagues Medical/Dental/Vision/Disability benefits, Paid Time Off, and 401(k) We value great customer service and a team player attitude.
