Along with repairing and appraising, we design custom jewelry, print resin models, casts precious metals, set gemstones and finish all custom jewelry in our Palm Harbor studio and we embrace the do it yourself attitude.

Responsibilities Our sales team members are encouraged to be the best version of themselves while representing the Les Olson Jewelers brand.
They are responsible for creating a welcoming environment for every guest that comes through our door.
They must understand that their job is not just sales but they must first build relationships with every guest that enters the studio.
Sales professionals must be able to interact with guest of all ages and demographics.
Since we are a small custom design studio every sales professional has the ability to make a big impact on the direction and feel of our studio.
We encourage all sales professionals to grow their knowledge of the jewelry industry through continuing education.

Sales:
All sales professionals must be able to confidently sell any piece of jewelry in our studio.
Knowledge of current inventory is a must to be able to better serve our guests every need.
Sales professionals must also be able to design custom jewelry, because at Les Olson Jewelers we are Artists at Play.
Service:
Sales professionals must be able to take in and write up all types of jewelry repairs and alterations.
Having the ability to identify current and potential jewelry issues is a must.

Required Qualifications ? minimum of 1 year experience in jewelry sales or related field ? Must be able to work flexible hours during peak seasons ? Proficiency with computers ? Self-motivated and eager to learn ? Artistic and creative ? Ability to relate and communicate well with our diverse client base ? High School diploma ? Must be a U.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
