As a Project Administrative Assistant at Parasol Properties, you will serve as the center organizational hub for our fast-paced, custom home building team located in the Tampa Bay Area.

The Parasol Properties team is looking for a highly organized, detail oriented, independently motivated, resourceful individual with the ability to prioritize and excel in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include and may not be limited to:
Deal effectively and tactfully with a wide variety of individuals via telephone and in writing Provide information by answering questions and requests Generate reports Handle multiple projects Conduct data entry Develop and maintain computer and manual filing systems Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner Take accurate minutes of meetings Coordinate office procedures Develop and update administrative systems for efficiency Resolve administrative problems Key Qualifications, Skills & Proficiencies:
Qualified candidates must have the ability maintain consistent attention to detail, be able to prioritize and independently manage their time in a fast-paced atmosphere where there are often impromptu requests.
Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills; have the ability to exercise tact, discretion and the initiative to efficiently meet the demands of all groups within the team.
Proficient use of the Macintosh OS Competency with all basic Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Perform with an exceptional attention to detail Provide excellent service to existing and prospective clients Reliability, punctuality and professional demeanor and appearance are essential.
Work independently to resolve practical problems Work well under deadline, despite interruptions Interact within a team environment Willingness to comply with internal processes Strong desire to outperform, achieve and learn new technologies and skills Patience Resourcefulness We are looking for a team player, with a friendly can-do attitude!
