The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of property managers and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls - Greet clients and visitors - Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment - Schedule appointments and meetings - Prepare and send out correspondence, including emails and letters - Create and maintain filing systems - Process and file paperwork - Assist with tenant and lease administration - Assist with rent collection - Assist with property inspections - Perform other administrative tasks as needed Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent - 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a real estate or property management setting - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Attention to detail and accuracy If you are interested in this position, please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.
