As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing thorough and accurate inspections of residential properties for our clients in the Pinellas County and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
Must hold a current Florida home inspectors license Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work effectively in a team environment Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Flexibility to work varied schedules including some weekends Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough and accurate home inspections for clients Communicate findings to clients in a clear and professional manner Maintain knowledge of current industry trends Work collaboratively with team members to ensure exceptional customer service Manage and prioritize workload to ensure timely completion of inspections and reports Perform additional duties as assigned by management We offer competitive compensation, benefits and ongoing training.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
